In essence, our goal is to provide a marketing element that encourages customer participation and return visits. Customers can access information about new services, promotions or other company issues in an easy, and entertaining setting. PROCEDURE

Our team at A E Web Zen Design merges design, marketing, technical, financial, and client perspectives, then streamlines the workflow to best achieve your goals.

PROCESS:

1. Initial consultation and client discovery
2. Initial estimate and contract agreement
3. Conceptual design approval
4. Run through of mock site for architectural site map approval
5. Run through of first draft site for approval
6. Final draft site for approval
7. Final estimate/payment and site launching
8. Web site testing (site architecture is guaranteed for up to 3 months- corrections to errors on our part fixed at no extra charge. Does not include maintenance of site.)
9. Web mastering/maintenance contract set up

The entire process can take anywhere from 1 week (RUSH) to six months. There are many variables that can affect the outcome and work involved in various productions.

It is also dependent upon the clients needs, preparation, focus, materials, goals, and cooperation.

Our staff is encouraged to take enough time to conceptualize and produce the best possible design/achitecture for you, at peak efficiency.

Our initial estimates include a general description of costs including: labor, extraneous expenses (photo, video, copyrighting, editing, etc.)

JESSICA ELBERN- Marketing Specialist

Jessica Elbern earned her Masters Degree from Chaminade University. She earned her post graduate degree over a span of 4 years, while working a demanding full time management position. Her experience and her character have earned her numerous awards. She comes from that rare breed of people who simply have no fear. She runs meetings like the wind - fast, productive, and pleasant. She not only assesses the needs of a company but can create optimal solutions in record time.

WACLAW CZARNOCKI - Systems Analyst, MCP

Waclaw Czarnocki - grew up in San Francisco among a family of computer savvy engineers and programmers, all currently still in San Francisco. He's all too familiar with the demands of the ever-evolving technology field. This truly detail-oriented person has a passion for deadlines. His responsibilities cover a wide spectrum of operations at A E Web Zen Design. His duties are often extended as needs arise, and he pleasantly welcomes the onslaught of new responsibilities. He is currently a Microsoft Certified Professional and is studying to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

ANGELA ELBERN - Lead designer / Photographer

Angela Elbern earned her post-graduate degree (M.A. equivalent) from the University of Hawaii in May of 1995, as the new movement in multimedia technology was beginning to progress, rapidly. As part of her curriculum, she participated in a project sponsored by a grant from Apple to produce an educational program to familiarize young children in a remote part of Hawaii, with the power and versatility of computers. Due to the nature of technology, "new today, old tomorrow," she attends as many workshops as her schedule permits at Pacific New Media, located at the University of Hawaii.

JEFF GARLAND - Database / Video Streaming Specialist

Jeff Garland has travelled the globe - his most cherished memories come from his journey through Iceland. His current project is updating and maintaining a site he created for the public called HPAM (Hawaii Public Access Media). He is truly dedicated to protecting our first amendment rights, tirelessly filtering and responding to legislation related to the demise of our public access rights. Aside from being a modern day hero, over the years, he's gathered a wealth of experience in both computers and video production. Because of this, he's become one of the islands most noted specialists in video streaming and television production. His energy level, expert knowledge, down to earth personality and productivity will amaze you.

VERONICA JONES - SUPACHIK Productions

Veronica Jones is better known for her event promotions around town where people have given her the name: "Supachik". Veronica was born a master of design, her forte being "themes". She can invent themes no one has ever heard of, or she can give existing dried out and overplayed themes, the sparkle of a new one. If you want to evoke an emotional response from your clients, Veronica is the key. She not only reads and understands people well, she has that golden touch when it comes to creating.
